This notice explains what happens to personal data when you use qualitysocialnet.com.

The contact form

If you write to us we receive the name, email address, subject and message you supply. We use them to answer you and, where your message concerns an entry, to check and amend that entry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence and keeping the guide accurate, together with your consent where you have given it.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the entry it concerns, and in any case no longer than three years from the last exchange, after which it is deleted.

Server logs

Our host records the usual technical information when a page is served: an abbreviated network address, the page requested, the time, and the browser string. These logs exist for security and for keeping the site running, and they are held for a short retention period.

No analytics and no tracking

There is no analytics package on this site, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party cookies. We do not profile readers and we do not build audiences. The only script on the site opens and closes the menu on narrow screens, and it stores nothing.

Fonts and hosting

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service and it receives your network address in the ordinary course of serving the file.

Transfers

Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision covering that country.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, for its correction or erasure, for restriction of processing, for portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Complaints

You have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
